it is genetic and difficult answer,any how elder one who deliver last
why? because first sperm of father reached to mother ovum.
than second.thats why when last baby comes is elder.

Common knowledge says, the first to see the light of day is the oldest. However, to get as precise as you want to be regarding gene's and all, you might want to do a DNA make up of the two children to determine its fertility age.

But the problem is you don't know what egg was fertilized first in the mother's womb . So my guess is which everone of the twins was delivered first is the elder .

If it's twins from one egg , i still would say the one that comes out first . really just by seconds , or minutes ...
